Russian flights near Alaska are not uncommon, but the presence of a Chinese aircraft appeared to be a new development.

    Also in breaking news, USA flies with Japan, South Korea, France, UK, Canada, etc. and I am sure China and Russia have the same concerns. Not a secret they are allies.
