Turn off the TV/news and get off social media. Your life will improve tenfold without the constant bombardment of negativity.

Turn off the TV Kelly. If you can’t afford to buy a home wait for prices to inevitably correct and come down or move somewhere housing is more affordable, and always be investing it costs nothing to invest in markets and compounding interest will always build wealth over time.

People worry about a lot of things, that they can do nothing about. It’s a strange phenomenon. Change your mind people.

The revolution will be televised - available on your favorite streaming platform 😅

rofl lifestraw, swear i bought one too. i laughed when he said that because i went through the exact same thought process and grabbed one a few years ago. dont have a hand crank radio though. if you wanted to go down that road, a 22 rifle would be great. very inexpensive, you could hunt small game, defend yourself (not the best but works) and most of all, store a lot of ammo for it in a small space and cheaply.

Human habit to project current conditions persisting too far in the future. If it’s not good for you right now, then prepare for when the economic conditions change, because it will. Want a house, save & wait for the market to improve while looking for deals. Your wages haven’t caught up to inflation yet, while unemployment is low find that higher paying job. Inflation rate & wages will find equilibrium eventually so limit big expenses for now. Everything will change over time, some good & some bad, this a given.
  • I think we are too obsessed about the economy crashing. In the right sense, the economy never crashes. It just undergoes cycles, and almost always recovers. So I really don't care what the predictions are. I just want to grow my portfolio. I read that people are pulling in massive profits despite the downturn. Any tips on how they do it?

Man the fiance and I really don’t know what to do with housing right now. We both have places but way too small for families

The Great Depression is laughing at this question.
  • What on earth is happening when Brian is talking about home defence. My goodness, I am very sad for my friends in the U.S 😢
  • Seriously, in the absolute worst case scenario you're looking at homesteading. You know... what people have been doing for millennia
  • Uhh, if the economy is doomed, you have more things to worry about than saving for retirement or buying a house. That's the least of your worries. The top on your list of worries is now: 0. Secure water. 1. Secure shelter. 2. Secure food. 3. Secure medicine. 4. Secure clothing. 5. Secure protection and safety (and family). ..... n+1. Worry about retirement and buying a home.

Some people just find new ways to be more negative 😂😂😂. Just save and invest and enjoy life during this whole journey and stay away from dumbdumbs and TV. Lol. Relax Kelly 😂😂😂.
  • I see the writing on the wall with the digital currency linked to your buying habits. They will shape your habits, larry fink already said it. What you guys dont talk about is BRICS and the petro dollar. Which is key to this whole conversation. At least you told people to buy firestarters and life straws though. I agree, im going balls to the wall though. If the dollar falls, which it will, then we are going to have a whole heck of a lot of problems aside from "how to i beat inflation and where to put my assets once this falls"
