Phyloxera and boot cleaning. Hills and no rain. Commentary on how I train and where in my home town.

I use 2 x 1 litre water containers mostly because I can't drink well out of those bladders. Since Head and Neck Cancer treatment I can't use a straw very well either now. I opt to use bottles with screw lid, I can drink more easily and I can see exactly how much water I have on hand!
