Is there anything Rhiannon cant sing? Death metal maybe? I've heard every song she's ever released, every collaboration. Here's what makes her among the greats - she never, ever shows off. No pointless gymnastic melisma. She inhabits the song fully and tells the story as it should be sung. She's really a devoted musicologist who can sing as well as anyone on the planet & play a variety of instruments at the highest level. My respect for her is boundless.

The beautiful tone of Rhiannon's voice weaves it's magic here together with Francesco in this subtle yet powerful performance. So easy to love music when your ears are treated to delights like this.

Francesco doing great work expanding Rhiannon’s musical boundaries. What a great couple!
  • I understood not a single syllable this beautiful woman uttered. However, I was covered in goosebumps the entire video. Bravo madame!

I wouldn’t believe something like that might be possible if someone just told me. A country singer (sorry for that sheer simplification, may you kindly excuse me as I am from central Europe) accompanied on banjo not only could sing a renaissance Italian song but to keep its soul and nature untouched and moreover to express it so deeply and truly! This is only to be admired, profoundly admired. Thanks for your music madam.

Three months ago it was published only the audio! It's a nice video. Rhiannon remembers the words and pronounces the difficult archaic Italian language very well✨😀✨
