That awkward moment when a flower is better at dodging than a trained fighter like Undyne and Asgore.

So... When Flowey wants to live the player attacks him Aaand... When Flowey wants to die the player spares him... That's pure evilness
  • @Ficers
The moment you realize that the person who was your biggest enemy in the pacifist run is actually fighting for humanity
  • I love how Flowey's attacks are similar to Asgore's because it makes people remember that Flowey is Asriel.
  • @henry6136
flowey’s bullet attacks are literally rice
  • @Ke-pq8bu
"I don't want to fight you!" You can't spare him.
  • Imagine if this was really the Final Boss in Genocide, that means that Flowey(Asriel) would be always the Final Boss in the 3 paths

If flowy, a sociopathic flower which is literally incapable of feeling real emotion is trying to kill you for all the pain you have caused, then you have majorly screwed up
  • Flowey pacifist/neutral: it’s killed or be killed Flowey genocide: PLEASE DON’T KILL ME

I love how flowey's like "We did everything together! Ah those were the good ti... wait a minute... THIS BITCH"

This fight is quite dated nowadays, but I do like one specific part about it. It's the part about Flowey actually realizing how much of a pedestal they put Chara on, and then realizing that they never actually did anything back in return for Flowey even though he did so much for them. It's a pretty unique concept for Flowey/Asriel for creating a personal drama with Chara, but unfortunately it's not very well executed here with the rest of the writing that just makes Flowey a self proclaimed hypocrite and makes Chara seem to just hate Flowey for no apparent reason, while also heavily implying chara is evil and shit, typical fanon stuff. The fight it's self also isn't very engaging even though there's a couple attacks I like. It doesn't have to be anywhere near Sans or Undying's level, but at least show Flowey is putting in more effort (Even though realistically he should be able to kill the Human quickly). The intro also probably could be more shortened, having more dialogue grouped together so the pacing is quicker. I wouldn't mind seeing a remake of this fight later on.
  • I'm so used to Deltarune that not seeing the TP gauge fill actually filled me with anxiety

you know you screwed up when the worst enemy in the game is fighting you for good of everyone XD

That awkward moment when a flower that can't feel anything asks you how you can't feel anything
  • @jevanjful
Love how Flowey is standing up for himself
  • @RakeV8
I never understood why Flowey didn't just hide underground forever so Chara couldn't possibly kill him, or travel across the map back to the ruins so she couldn't find him. What he did in the original game was kind of dumb. He just let Chara kill him.
  • @legoyoda645
Flowey: “think about the people you’ve manipulated” Me: dude you literally tricked frisk into running into your “friendlyness pellets” and then nearly killed them
  • @tpgurung5894
Imagine being a boss monster that can’t dodge this post was made by the flowey fan club
  • @mishagaming1075
It's actually cool to see flowey use one of asgor's attacks. It means he actually learned from him.
  • Damn, he ignored and killed Flowey, and made it as long and painful as a death as possible
