Throwback Thursday Halloween Edition! Check out this Brown Snake I found a few years ago. These snakes are responsible for more human deaths than any other snake in Australia. Scary Stuff! While they may be deadly, they're beautiful creatures.

I was always a Steve Irwin fan, but this guy has a special calmness and Grace when it comes to animals. However, he is equally as crazy.

No one can ever replace Steve Irwin in my heart but this mate here has found a place beside him. Thank you guys for all the great footage you post and I look forward to the next. Stay safe in the land down under mate

Geez, I think that snake was in Matt’s beer fridge, never seen a more docile “ naughty brown”. Nearly asleep on the broom handle. Lmao

I had an encounter with a particularly large brown snake at camp once myself. But I wiped up, flushed, washed my hands and left a window open and everything was fine after a few hours.

That snake was way too relaxed for an EB. I think it spent 30 min in an esky before you 'found' it. :P
  • They are deadly but not aggressive. However an old fella travelling in NT was killed a couple of weeks ago. Matt, if you know it, demonstrate PIT (pressure immobilization technique) to your viewers. Cheers
  • Hey Matt your doing a great job stay positive and you and your family will get through this cheers

Compare that snake capture with pretty much any other TV snake show ,no dancing around no fuss nice and quiet easy in the bag without any specialized tools, really well done Matt

The calmer you are the calmer the snakes are. Control the frame thru calm vibes. Done right you can catch em with your feet
