The both of you are an inspiration to me. Hopefully I am good enough to be a coach someday, and give this knowledge to my kids and nephews ❤
  • I love your channel and the work you do. Your sessions with Tito are so educational and informative. As a former professional boxer and Muay Thai coach, I’ve been hearing don’t stand bladed and all the things that can happen to you for my 30 years in the game. This is the one area in your teaching and technique that I strongly disagree with. Like most technical things, it all depends on the person. I’ve sparred many people that talked of what they would do to my legs in a boxing stance; and honestly it never happened. I’ve been kicked in the leg sparring bur no more than anyone else. I rarely was kicked in the leg because my boxing footwork and hand skills strongly discouraged it. Many of the older Thai fighters were destroyed by westerners with superior boxing skills. Of course you have to know how to defend against leg kicks whether you’re bladed or not. The defense requires small adjustments. Samart is considered the GOAT. He fought from a bladed stance and destroyed many golden age greats and none punished him to the legs because he knew how to move and defend from that stance. Love your channel but maintain an open mind and don't repeat false gym doctrine.Fighting from a squared stance has disadvantages also. Muay Mat have always fought from a semi bladed stance and have been very successful. How else do you get leverage for punches, particular jabs.. Show me an effective jab from a forward stance. You have to become bladed to jab. Love your work and look forward to meeting and exchanging ideas sometime.

Any tip on how to deal with thigh teeps? I'm new and when I do sparring I find them frustrating because if just move my my leg off I never get to fighting distance :( Thanks for your priceless content 🐐
  • Sir, do you have some advice regarding impact and flow on bagwork or mitt? Do i have to hit hard all the time ? It is normal in muay thaï to hit hard all the time ? Great job really Impressive young talent
