Today, I wanted to share what it feels like, for me, to be adopted. Many people have asked over the years, and I feel like people need to understand. I also wanted those who are adopted, to feel like others are in the same boat. I looked this up recently and couldn’t find a lot of information about other people's feelings regarding this.
Disclaimer: I can’t speak for all adopted individuals because everybody’s situation is different. Also I shouldn't do that anyways because that's putting people in a box and just generally rude haha. I'm also not a therapist or a professional in this area. I'm just speaking from my own experiences.
