The difference between this and the North India crew is enormous. These guys actually analyze the metal before casting and they wear safety boots and respirators! This is proper manufacturing!

Thank you for keeping it real by not adding music.

I worked in the US factory culture in my youth before being driven out by the pervasive sense of entitlement, ever lowering standards, and deviation from the needs of the business. What I see in this video is the professional and fulfillment I'd always wanted with that kind of work. I also admire the smaller "cottage industry" approach, which I believe is ideal for nurturing the craftsman attitude and pride of quality.

Despite being such an advanced consumer driven society it is impressive how Japan retains it's smaller manufacturing businesses, often the way in which these businesses create involves a great deal of craftsmanship and isn't reliant on computers. I envy Japan this, small manufacturers such as this in the UK have a very very difficult time surviving if they survive at all.

After having seen so many manufacturing and repair videos from third world crap-hole countries, it's a breath of fresh air to see how thing are done in a first world country that prioritizes safe working conditions and a quality product.

Great respect to the man of work! Japan preserves the quality of the product, the harmony of work and the soul of the creator. I still have and use Japanese devices that are already 30-40 years old, these are mechanics, electronics and they delight me with design, impeccable work! Japan, preserve and educate the generation of its creators and creators of wonderful products!!!

Steady hands and strong back. Dedication and hard work.
  • Wonderfull, all these companys contribute very very much to other manufacturing companys and hopefully will stay in business forever. The last company is grand, making just one variety of what each machine is capable of producing, the guy is lucky to be in his position as company owner and operator in a much needed products for almost anything.
