What a thoughtful man. As a teacher, I can say that even the smallest expressions of gratitude (not that I'm classifying this as a small expression -- this was a lot of work on his part) can keep you going through the toughest days.

Former high school teacher thanks you. Such a thoughtful and fun idea! And, if you're looking for something specific for your child's teacher, I must say that the things I treasure most were the personal letters they wrote me. I have kept them to this day and pull them out when I need a reminder that somehow, in some way, I made a difference in the world for a kid.
