I've had this Toro 54-inch zero-turn mower for 4-years. Thus far this Titan model has been 'a lemon' and I would not recommend buying one.

Common on the older zt-2800 and zt-3100. If you take the two bolts out and drop that plate there is an o-ring. I would say its pinched. I do believe on the newer model zt-2800/3100 its an upgraded plate and o-ring.
  • That's exactly where mine is leaking. I can't find the right charge kit but the. Gears and casing look fine so I'm pretty sure it's just the o ring.

Did replacing the o ring fix the leak? I have the same problem.

Had the same problem, leaked right where yours is. Replace the O ring. $7 for 2, 1 for each side. You dont need to buy the whole Charge Kit ($70) Also went ahead and replaced the Filters on each side. Now im having trouble bleeding the air out of the lines...
