Fajita Chicken cooked in a Crockpot!!! EASIEST recipe, don’t skip through the video for tips!!!

8 Chicken legs
2 packs of Fajita Seasoning mix
Salsa (Mild)
Minced Garlic, 2 cloves
Red onion, chopped
Tri-Color Peppers

Cook on low for about 6 hours total, checking the chicken after 4 hours.

Once the chicken is done, REMOVE THE LID and allow to rest for 30 minutes without stirring. This allows the gravy to thicken and to keep the outer skin intact and golden color!

Follow FDA guidelines for proper temperature of poultry, meat and fish! Chicken is considered fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
