It was written by Tom Shreeve (Battlefield 1: Dawn of the Horsepocalypse, Fallout 4: Modding Problems), developed by Tom Shreeve, Laura Rankin and Tom Jenkins from an original idea by Eddie Bowley (Overwatch: Omnileaks, Overwatch: The Trial of Mei).

I gotta appreciate how this animation deconstructs the idea of how classic Sonic would react to the modern age. In the end, it's difficult to pinpoint what exactly caused the Sonic games to take a nosedive in quality. And as suckish as Sonic's current state is, it could've been MUCH worse.

How to fix the franchise: 1) Go back in time to the early years of Sonic. 2) Tell Sonic to let Kalinske lead the franchise. 3) Let Ben Hurst lead the TV shows. 4) Don't let Archie hire Ken Penders. Problem solved.

i like how some of the Sonics are animated slightly differently. Like how freemium Sonic looks like he was cheaply tweened and how classic Sonic slightly more like he was animated on a hand-painted cells.
