Thanks Craig for another great video. It was almost 2 years ago that you represented us in obtaining our gulf access lot on NW 32nd pl and NW 11th St. and we finally just broke ground on our new home. Be in the (239) in one year, can't wait. Keep up the good work!

Well and septic isnβt an issue, I wouldnβt drink the city water anyways β¦.not good if you come from a state with great water. I have well and R O water which is far better than their city water. Why pay for water you wonβt drink β¦.

Another great video Craig, very informative and detailed! Could you please do a video or tell us more about the Fort Myers Shores area near Alva? We have seen there are many new communities being developed there (Portico, Hamptonβs Lake, River Hall) and the prices for homes are more affordable than anywhere else in Fort Myers. Thank you!

North or upper Captiva Island is where you want to live in Lee County. It's boat access only which keeps the migrants off your lawn.

Hi Friends... For the past 2 years I have worked and still a Supervisor for Housekeeping in Independent Living and now Assisted Living. I have watched Wayforth come and go. Moving residents in or out. Wayforth has been wonderful and truly professional. The speed and accuracy is a great process too.
