Years ago, I did a phone survey for 7-Eleven. At the end of the survey, I was asked if there was anything I'd like to see at 7-Eleven. I replied that here in California, many convenient stores will grill tri tips in the parking lot. They would use the meat for tacos and sandwiches. The surveyor replied, "That sounds good. What's a tri tip?" I'm glad to see you can get a taco or barbacoa burrito at a nearby 7-Eleven.

It’s great to see how much Laredo Taco Company has grown. It’s a south Texas company, and their recent growth due to their 7-11 merger is great. So proud to see a big part of south Texas border culture in the rest of the state. Highly recommend the breakfast tacos!
