When you make videos relating to cartoons, especially when you go frame by frame, you will inevitably find some animation errors. Despite The Owl House having some incredible animation in some scenes, it won't always be perfect :p

This... isn't an error. It's a swipe take. You're not supposed to frame by frame it, because that's literally insane. It's a way to have a character, in this case Gus, move their head quickly using as few frames of animation as possible, so that when it's viewed as it's meant, it looks smooth.
