The Art of Effortless Living would happen to anyone who is wise enough - I’m glad I pulled through, despite the crises. I am retiring next yr at 55 with 3 houses paid off worth 4.5 million . This guy is such a good interviewer. When Kobe said he didn't take vacations, he asked "why not"? Most interviewers would have moved on, but he wanted Kobe to answer because he knew the answer would get a great reaction. I love noticing little things like this in interviews. It's hard though because most interviewers suck these days.
