Im a filipinaliving in north america. I enjoy watching you and it’s good to see you back. I used to watch you in wion and gravitas but suddenly you were not there. You are a good journalist, reporter and newscaster. May you continue your work peacefully without problems like the one you encountered before at gravitas and wion.

A much-needed potent pill by Palki Sharma. Thanks much. Being a Holistic Nutritionist, I spend hours defending myself with every client, to convince them away from such false & convenient choices and make healthy choices of Aahara(food), Vihara(lifestyle) & Vichara(thoughts). This video of yours will make my life easier 🙂

While I agree with the core message of your report, I am also a convert to taking Vitamin D. As an Indian living in a cold country who stays mainly indoors, it's ESSENTIAL for me to take. Basically, treat vitamins for what they are: A SUPPLEMENT for a DEFICEINCY

This is truly an eye opener for many health conscious people around the world who are obsessed with multi vitamins to keep themselves look healthier by popping pills quite needlessly and invite serious and unwanted side effects. Physicians too recommend them routinely to their patients for reasons right or wrong. This must stop at once...

I am a senior citizen and all along my life I had my doubt about vitamins and in fact many a time on visit to doctor I would freely comment on useless pills but doctors would just ignore taking it to be my ignorance, here I am listening to the truth and I feel vindicated.

It is marketing that plays in people's minds. Go out and get some sun and eat well to stay healthy. Drink lots of water and have friends that add positivity to your life. Those are the secrets of healthy and happy life my friends. Thank You for making this video.🙏

Thank you for standing on my side. The only thing we nutritionists need to continue doing is telling our patients and the public that the secret is in healthy, balanced diet
  • @julians9070
Well spoken Palkie Sharma. It easy to purchase multivitamin pills in either tablets or capsules. The human body was not evoled to consume multivitamins indiscriminately. The same with powdered suppiments. The problem is that in too many nations, the nutrition density of food grown is diminishing in nutrients that we need to consume more to feel satiated. When the knowledge of nutrition is low and culinary culture is hardly taught , then the pharmaceutical vitamin industry strives.
  • I'm a fan of Palki, like many others. But it's unfair to say the industry has no standards to follow. Some manufacturers do follow stringent international standards though they are not required to do that in India. Also, doctors don't have vitamins and minerals in their curriculum so they are not the right professionals to advise on that.

Marvellous explanation. Thanks a lot Lady Palki. An excellent visual documentary. ' Shabash ' ! Being a 'MBBS ' qualified doctor, my father adviced me to adopt with 'natural nourishment ' since my childhood. To be a 'lacto vegetarian ' for a healthy life. And also to practice the 'religious precepts ', up to the highest bidder too. Also , I could remember he added further, " Child , you keep it mind, in every 3rd yr MBBS final examination, there's a book called, 'Oxford text book of medicine ' by the Dr. Charles C. Coltan, for pharmacology . In that book, he thoroughly emphasise, 'The examinations are formidable even to the best prepared : the greatest fool may ask, and the wisest man cannot " .According to that theory, Lady Palki done a 'herculean task ' , challenging to 'myths 'in the medical sector, and also 'cutting the 'hordian knot ' . Good luck, go ahead with courage. God bless . ! - 'Comparative Ulesis '.
