How to get Sakuya in Aut without finding a portal (updated)

So like In my last version of this video before the summer update i thought this really did work and i thought it was already funny enough that you had to have P//S a basically really rare stand.

This Video is more of a satirical type I guess you would say.

MY MAIN POINT BEING that this doesnt work. why?
You cant get the quest without going thru a portal.
Well that's because i assume the devs made it where you cant just (assuming your hacking) teleport into there and get Sakuya quest. or because of people like me. but it was fine in the original launch of the new universe because it was SO FAR out.

    I was able to use it even with Shadow DIO And it was possible to ride directly on In other words, even beginners can use Sakuya.(in 2.0)

    i did the quest and finnished it but i had to have standless to use it and i finnished the quest with killer queen and if i swithed to standless the watch will go away and i could not store the watch so i just talked to pucci to switch to standless AND THE WATCH IS GONE WHY DOES THIS NEED TO HAPPEN TO ME I SPENT SO MUCH TIME TO GETTING THIS AND THERES NO WAY TO GET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:c
