The vanguard quest was way better than I expected. They set it up really well with the ambient storytelling beforehand.
  • “ HIDDEN Side Quests ” #10 is a Main Companion Quest #7 is handed to you by UC Security just from walking in New Atlantis #6 is an integral part of the Ryujin quest line, which can not only be started from Neon, but also picked up from New Atlantis outside Galbank #5 happens right in front of you when entering Neon, a major city in the game #2 is front-and-center when you enter the Porrima system #1 can be found on the body of nearly any dead Spacer I suppose clickbait has its place

I think my favorite side quest, and one that actually made me change my choice by going back a save because I felt SO BAD, is the sewer one involving the Trade Authority. So random and weird by just overhearing someone talk about a Brown Out. Loved it.

I enjoyed the side quest that's in the Piazzi system. Failure To Communicate. You help some settlers that have issues with each other, and convince them to join together to get rid of the pirates in the system.

For the Aurora quest ONLY TAKE WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THE AURORA!! If you take everything, you’ll always get the least amount of credits. Make sure when the box comes down the conveyer belt, you push the button for TRANSFER! That way, you can go in and only grab what you need. Then you can do the rest as usual. You have plenty of time and you’ll get a lot more credits doing it this way.

Interesting to note... I found the Manti's secret mission slate on a Spacer randomly on a planet. I think just ANY Spacer has a chance to spawn it, not just ones from the station.

One thing I absolutely loved is in "First contact", they have been thoughtful enough to add specific dialog if you're entering the ship dressed with the Tardrigrade costume from Titan trying to fool them you're an actual alien! That blew my mind they thought about it!

After you finish the 'Space Frog' mission, while on Cydonia you can hear over the loud speaker that graffiti is illegal and results in a hefty fine, but the the space frogs are allowed to stay, and people are to stop taking them down. I thought that was a nice touch.

Some of these side missions are absolutely wild and worth it.. i recommend the UC vanguard quest chains as there really good & stretch out to 6-8 hrs depending.. no spoliers but you can grab some dope legendary loot here.

I enjoyed the little side activity on Mars where you have to climb way up to the top of the structure to place a beacon to track the criminal. It was like a little mini platforming/climbing activity in the game. Super random which made it kind of cool

Ervin wasn't Barretts "friend" it was his husband. And he didn't die in the mine. He died in the colony war shortly after. He was framed for the collapse of the ecosystem around the mine as a scapegoat so that Hephaestus Mining could dump all their old gen equipment and use the insurance money to get new stuff. Can't wait to see this vid on r/saphoandherfriend though.

Spacers and Crimson fleet are scared of the mantis ship and will fly away instead of fight you if you're using the Mantis ship too.

13:50 DUUUUUUUUUUUDDDDDEEEEEE The secret base quest was an absolute LOVE LETTER to my build in the game and I picked the absolute perfect time to go do it. I saw the video you all did about the free ship at the end so I geared up and went. I'm going thru the base fighting and shit and get to a few master locks before the trap section and I was 3 locks away from unlocking Master lockpicking went back through the base and the place had EXACTLY 3 advanced locks so I level up to master locks IN THE FREAKING BASE! Use that to hack the computer(love that you don't have to get hacking AND lockpicking like Beth games) disable the deadly trap room cruise to the end poke around and find that sick legendary armor in the evil mom lair. So glad I didn't skip that one!!! Easily one of the best quests in the game! and I know I said this before but thank you all so much for the awesome Starfield content. You all saved me from a few very painful experiences in the game that would have been a bummer and pushed me to upgrade that starter ship way before I would have otherwise saving me from tons of 3-4 v 1 space ship fight headaches. Oh I haven't built a base yet because there's just so much shit to do in the game and I would really love to see you all do a video on the best planets to build outposts on and a little outpost building guide because I know it costs a lot of resources to build a base and I'm a little gun shy because I don't know if I have enough or which planet to choose from and what exactly to build besides those extractors and I don't know if you need the research first or anything so that could be a cool video Idea. Keep up the good work you all!!!

I did the alien costume quest on Titan, but also while I was on Titan, I said why not, let's do the museum tour! I can't believe this game had what felt like an hour long museum tour coded in the game. And it felt 100% legit with probable topics. All this was discovered was because it's Saturn season for us nerds with telescopes and I've been obsessed with Saturn.
  • @TimothyBoyle13
The "Secret Outpost!" slate is not exclusive to the Nova Galactic Shipyard. I found it on a dead Spacer at an abandoned scrapyard on Kreet (I explored other locations before taking care of the Crimson Fleet captain during that first Main Quest).
  • @OmarGoodness1984
For First Contact there is a third option. You can overload their reactor and blow em all up. Kinda reminded me of Megaton in FO3.
  • I’m glad I didn’t listen too much reviews. There is so much depth to this game. I’ve been having such a good time
  • @jeffreylane2431
In the Tree quest, you don't have to steal the branch. You can persuade the lady in the museum to just give it to you.
