Lazise is one of the true gems bordering Lake Garda: it’s no coincidence that it’s one of the most visited destinations in northern Italy. Join this walking tour to discover its medieval architecture, its care-free vibrations, and a unique connection with the lake.

Located on the eastern side of Lake Garda – nothing less than the biggest lake in Italy – Lazise is a picturesque, safe town that is able to satisfy all needs for families, nature lovers, and all those who just want to relax. Between Bardolino and Peschiera del Garda, the town features a beautiful castle and ancient city walls, a lovely old harbor and a vast array of local restaurants and artisan shops.

You can walk from Bardolino to Lazise along the promenade, then discover the squares, churches and a lot of other amazing corners. Are you ready for a walking tour?

In recent years, the number of visitors from Eastern Europe has increased significantly, especially from Poland and the Czech Republic. Lake Garda is not the lake where Italians go on vacation, they are really in the minority there, they prefer to go to the sea in the south or hiking in the Dolomites or Aosta Valley. Around 50% of tourists come from Germany, half of them from Bavaria, and they only have a short journey to the lake. It takes 3-4 hours by car to get there. Lake Como is also a very well-known lake but also much more expensive and is visited more by Americans, Brits and Swiss, rather than Germans. I definitely prefer the Lake Garda, much clearer water and many more leisure activities and more child-friendly. Most of the locals at Lake Garda have a good knowledge of German and English, especially the younger generation. That's why it's no problem at all to find your way around there.

Благодарю Вас за прекрасную прогулку! Нравится Ваш формат - без лишних слов... лишь небольшое сопровождение текстом... Ощущается полное присутствие в месте. А это в каком месяце съемка?

I had a sense of déjà vu when I saw Lazise, but it is nice to see the town again. Do you remember which month this was filmed in because it was very busy and everyone seemed to be hot. Also, did you know that when you move your camera left and right too quickly, the picture becomes blurred? Thank you for another nice video.

Everyone is eating but not getting fat. I like walking miles along that shore.
