One thing about the Saints is that they always do a nice job with undrafted players.

Rattler was the best value pick of the entire draft. Even better, sounds like he is in a good fit of learning and developing and first once not be in the spotlight and be allowed to keep growing. His arm is phenomenol and he showed great leadership at South Carolina especially when protection was breaking down around him and he kept doing everything he could to win and build up his teammates.

Kool Aid was named by his grandmother because when he was born he had a smile on his face that looked like the Kool Aid man. True story. Fun Fact. We now have 2 Senior Bowl MVPs on the team. What would be the odds in Vegas that that would happen to any team?????

I'm kinda glad we got Spencer Rattler bc now we have a player who can sit behind Carr for a couple of years and hopefully take off as the starter. Nothing against Haener but I think Rattler offers more.

Hello, All! N. E. Pats fan here. Spencer Rattler! CONGRATULATIONS! This low round pick of Spencer is an insult to him. This is NOT a reflection on the N O Saints. It's a knock on the mystery as to why teams didn't draft him sooner. Rattler was a much higher, valuable consideration....unknown why there was so much hesitation...maybe some old stuff from high school or something. This kid is GOOD! I've followed him for the past 3 years, and I gotta tell ya, he's experienced, confident, talented, a leader, well-based and mature. His cockiness has been refined. Special note that so many teams overlooked: In 2023, the South Carolina Gamecocks had the nearly worst offensive line in the SEC (injuries, mix-and-match, missing cohesiveness) thus compromising Spencer's performance and stats. Had south Carolina's offensive line been equal to North Carolina's offensive line in the game where they played each other, South Carolina would have WON that game (against Drake Maye, no less). Congrats to the Saints and you Saints fans. You are in for a treat!!!! Congratulations to all and to Spencer!! 😇

It’s a A- we filled out major needs and more

Ok now that the draft is over you won't be hearing from me nearly as much but I gotta give my rundown of the Saints 2024 draft class! Fuaga was a really good pick! Huge need filled! Inside the park home run!😂 Not a ball pimped to the upper deck but it still scored! 🤣😂Ya know! Kool-Aid is a great player and solidifies an already strong secondary but I thought bigger needs could've been addressed. Huge addition though! Bring it! I think Rattler comes in as the frontrunner for the backup job behind Carr. We didn't have a QB2. I think we do now. Relevant selection! Beyond that I honestly don't know enough about the players drafted to give an educated guess as to how it'll play out so I guess we'll see. But I DO hope that the kid from EKU wins a roster spot and a Guard job. Thanks.
