If you're overweight, don't lose weight for other people. Lose weight because it's healthier.
-
Am I actually the only one who thinks she's equally attractive before and after ????? There was really barely a difference
-
I’m glad that this movie followed the story line of a girl who started out skinny but gained weight and showed the struggles of being treated differently from what they know as opposed to most story lines that follow a girl that was already overweight
-
I relate so much when she looked at old pictures of herself and noticed the weight gain 🙁. It hurts in a completely different way to compare yourself to yourself, because all you think is "why did I get so fat, I have to lose weight to be as pretty as I used to be."
-
Kolya is the most genuinely kindhearted and wholesome character of this movie his heart was bigger than everyone else's and having a big heart is honestly more valuable than having abs
-
This movie actually had Aleksandra Bortich the main actress gaining and losing 20kg and it was filming was split in 2 blocks May and June. After which she had to maintain a very strict diet losing weight. Also the stunts you saw in the scenes of her running out with a flaming towel and climbing from balcony to balcony was also done by the actress with no stunt backups. Amazing film!

My girlfriend is 5’3” and 200 lbs but she’s absolutely beautiful. As a relatively healthy guy I’ve gotten a lot of looks of confusion when I go out with her but they don’t understand just how lucky I am. She’s an amazing, smart, artistic, and driven woman and I couldn’t ask for anything more. She acknowledges her weight and doesn’t treat it like it’s completely normal or healthy. She’s driven to work on losing it and has already dropped 30 lbs! Edit: By now she’s lost about 60lbs and is more than halfway to her goal.

10:13 "But Kolya is so furious that he gives her an apple" Never thought I'd hear that sentence ever...
-
No matter how big or small you are watching this, don't ever feel discouraged to get started with your own fitness journey, everyone has to start somewhere and always ignore the haters.
-
"Cultivate your inner beauty so that it will reflect to your outer appearance"
-
as a 14 year old who has trouble with weight since young, this show really helped me a lot. there were alot of motivations and important keypoints.
-
I'll be honest, Anya wasn't really that fat to begin with. In fact, I liked her more when she was "chonky" compared to when she slimed down.
-
Kolya is the definition of body positivity. Not like those fat people on tiktok or sum constantly being in denial about their issues and saying that people who dislike them are fatphobic. Kolya accepts who he is but still strives to lose weight, not to look good but to be healthier
-
"she weighs herself only to see that she is 76 kilos" Me: weighing 76 kilos "hold up"
-
She's so pretty even in the "fat" part. I'm officially done with the internet forever.
-
Ik its just a movie but like SHES SO PRETTY AND IN THE GREEN DRESS OMGGG
-
2:28 "But to her, Anya still looks just as beautiful" that was absolutely true although the real beauty is the inner beauty.
-
You can be fat, short, tall, thin, beautiful or ugly you can be anything you want but what really matters is the size of our hearts.
-
This is literally what happened to me, except I went from 350lbs to 200lbs. Let me tell you, losing the weight is amazing but it doesn’t change your self confidence or magically give you a girlfriend lol…all that takes time in loving and accepting yourself flaws and all

everyone deserves a friend like Natasha ❤️
