If you guys want to get everything organized but still produce content, I would 100% watch multiple videos on organizing!
  • If you live like you can't afford a sick day, you'll pay for it eventually... always leave time for healing and relaxing. Life shouldn't be all work, even IF your work involves a lot of play 🙂

Burnout is a real thing. I noticed this at the end of last year and I had to take a step back. Planned time off, actually taking days off (wife forcing me) and making time for family. Keep yourselves healthy.
  • @Strykar86
Please don't fight sleep. Especially, when you're sick. It's your body telling you that it needs to shutdown and recover.
  • @ClaireTrips
YouTube really does reward an unsustainable output and I’ve been so impressed by your discipline and commitment to your work. I really hope you guys are able to reclaim some free time as a reward for all your efforts and create a healthier balance. It’s always a work in progress ❤️ I hope y’all feel better soon!

Dude you've had 3 major health events between you. Please take some rest where you can, we'll all be here when you get back
  • @lauraamo4848
Just wanted to say I care about you as whole people and I'm not going anywhere, even if you take a break. Appreciate your honesty.
  • @lorrenmeow
I would definitely watch a bunch of videos where you’re organizing your house room by room 👀
  • @leahbrand2792
Sending love, feel better. Please don’t worry about content, just take care of yourselves and get your health back. I’m going nowhere and I’m sure most Patreon supporters feel the same. Feel better ❤️‍🩹

I really hope you are both reading and taking comfort from all the supportive comments here: please believe that your viewers aren't going to abandon you because you put out a little less content! Looking after yourself, both physically and mentally, should be a priority - the more run down you are the more vulnerable you will be to any illness, not just covid. Relieved to see you're both on the mend, and thank you for all the joy and laughs (so many!) that you've brought to us all.

Your health is most important , I lost 4 friends to the virus . Stay safe and warm and take care of both of you one day at a time we will be here when you are fully better , lots of rest n fluids n soft foods so not to upset ya system. YouTube n the members will be here for you two when you are 1000% better , video content is down the list way after getting better , hugs

I would LOVE to see Kaitlyn organizing and decorating videos on the second channel! If/when ever that comes to pass. 😘 Way to be an example of seeking a healthy balance in your life! 👏👏👏
  • @jackielee2705
I was literally just thinking recently that you guys have such a great ‘views to subscribers’ ratio. This is both because you’ve created such a great community of loyal viewers, but also for those that aren’t subscribed, the quality of your content is always high, and you always post so regularly to keep everyone interested. But with all the effort you guys have put in, means you’ve created an amazing brand, and if you guys decide to cut back on videos so you can have some work-life balance, I am so confident that your viewers will continue watching and supporting! I really love you guys and your content, and I hope you guys can rest up, recover quickly, and focus on your new personal goals for this year!
  • @JustSaralius
I'm glad you guys are adjusting your workload again! Preemptive measures are so much more effective than treating burnout after you've reached your limit. Sometimes it can cause irreparable damage. It is so much more serious than people think! Take care of yourselves, lovelies! ❤😘

Hey from North Texas! Just a recommendation, but one of the only cough drops that gave me actual relief was Fisherman's Friend. Last time I was sick, I was coughing so hard I couldn't sleep, but it helped soooooo much. It doesn't taste the best but it works very well. I usually get it from Walgreens 👍Hope y'all feel better soon!
  • @CarissaWyles
take care of yourselves! organize that house! I want to see Evan & Katelyn for many years to come, so take all the time in the world to make this a sustainable business for ya'll <3
  • @jacksmancave170
I'm sorry that you've had to deal with this, but glad that you're on the mend. I, personally, can wait for more content until you're feeling better. Take care of yourselves!
  • @berdeng
I always appreciate the transparency towards content creation. It's so easy to romanticize the independent freelance type of lifestyle esp with all the youtube people that grow into luxury. Your insight helped me realize that it's probably not the best career path for people like me who would like a clear separation between work and life. Struggling with uni being still done from home and anxious about the future career opportunities in my discipline but here's to a hopefully good 2022 🥂
  • @LoganLovell
As much as I enjoy the notification every time you guys post, I also would rather my favorite creators live lifestyles that they can sustain for multiple years, and not drain themselves mentally and physically. I'd rather get less videos each month and have you guys around for years to come, as opposed to plenty of videos each month, but you burn out in a few years. Take care of yourselves, I hope you recover quickly and can still find some time to relax!
