Here is the framerate you get with all settings maxed out using a ROG Strix 3090 OC. This video shows the difference between a 6-year old i7-6700K and a new Ryzen 5950x. Bizarrely, the new CPU is faster on the more demanding cutscenes, but SLOWER on the gameplay.
