For years I struggled with outstanding debts, bills and my children's school fees. I was at a point where I wanted to give up when I came across YouTube about how to make and multiply your income through passive income. Fortunately, I had saved some money and decided to start an investment (with the help of an investment advisor). Right now I'm sitting on a 440k worth of properties and have paid my debts in full.

If I may, good sirs and ladies, allow me to explain real estate in Seattle. For starters, that house is likely around $450k-$475k and there are likely 5-8-20 flippers that are willing to go 20% above asking with all cash. They get the house, demolish it and build a couple of town homes and sell those at an absurd premium (1M+), rinse and repeat. Moral of the story, if you want to become a real estate investor in Seattle, make sure you've already "made it".

I am sorry you can’t buy a house In Seattle for $350k. Maybe about ten years ago, that was true. Today, in 10/2023, for 475 to 550, you get an investor-special with good bones.
