At approximately 13:00 (6 Nov 2012), the Supervising Officer, Site Manager and Project Manager were requested to inspect the hydroseeding. It was noted that a portion measuring 10mx15m was not binding effectively to the temporary slope. Instructions were issued to have this portion peeled in preparation for second-round hydroseeding. In light of imminent rain, it was further instructed that the temporary slopes be protected overnight.
