Steve feels like your grandfather who was honest in a tough job. November feels like the uncle your parents won’t let you with unsupervised.

The fact alone that “November” needed to stay as anonymous as possible saying “oh yea you need a fake name” while Steve was just like “My name is Steve Garcia and here’s my social media” should tell you EVERYTHING about the two sides of the job. November is definitely scummy and abuses the little power he has.

November- “Sometimes we accidentally back into your gate” That’s called committing a burglary. What a criminal pos.

I feel like November was mocking the car owner when he said "cry me a river" while making hand sign. Compared to November, Steven actually told people to check on their car before signing the release.

Steve seems like the kind of guy who has a bunch of cool war stories, while "November" seems to be overcompensating for something he lacks.

I recently went through having my car repoed (i paid it out and have ownership now) and the dude was like Steve I think. I needed to blow up a second (at the bank, not him) because i had 9 payments left on that car, counting the lasped ones. He listened, said he understood why i was upset, and helped me unload my tools from the car. Cool guy really.

I had a car repoed due to an autopay issue. I saw the guy hooking it up, "Anything I can do?", answer was nope I had to call the bank. "Can I grab some things from inside at least?", repo guy had no issue with that. I handed over the key, got some info from the repo guy, and went to go deal with the bank. I had my undamaged car back in a couple days. My bank, however, took the brunt of my wrath for sending a repo out within a couple days of the payment not going through. Repo dude isn't the one who effed up my day, he's just doing his job.

November has the energy of a co-worker you don't want to take a break during the same time as.

I don't have issues with (genuine) repo, but that November guy seems sketchy and slimy. No wonder why he wants to remain anonymous.

November feels like the kind of guy that would be cackling at you as he repossesses your car, uncaring of your circumstances, and Steve feels like the grandpa that would at least attempt to help you change said circumstances.

Steve is a professional, November is someone that deserves 100% whatever he gets negative from the public.

Seems like November isn't simply doing his job, he's reveling in the tiny amount of power he has to make people's day worse.
