  • Hold my 6th beer! You can play ANY 4 villains in the herald mode! Such a great expansion and such a great season in general. Next year can’t come fast enough. Great video, keep the MU content coming!
  • You make an excellent point in this video; with all the hype, it was so easy to forget that the starter box and Galactus expansion were right there at the start and had such amazing contents.
  • @Broolex
Not gonna lie, I was so disappointed that Agatha Harkness didn't make into the Stretch Goals that it made me lose some interest in the Promos Box. To me, Maximum Carnage is THE box of this season, especially due to the modular Sinister Six add on
  • @Pharune616
I'd personally put Maximum Carnage a bit lower and WW Hulk a bit higher, but otherwise this looks spot on!
  • Hey brother, you got the #10 right and I feel like that's the only number that matters and I'll tell you why. There's little to nothing there and no must haves for most players. Skrulls, Shield team members and the OG Nick Fury which as probably the biggest draw. World War Hulk for me originally was a MUST have huge box, but then I thought about it for awhile and after Hercules and Doc Samson it really dips a bit. Although, a much better Hulk will be nice. Annihilation; yes it's a little thin but this is the Fantastic Four box from the Wave 2. Now, if this box had one more villain it would be just about perfect or another hero or 2. The Hero compilation is perfect. Age of Apocalypse same as WWH, the big draw was Morph and new cards for Magneto, I prefer the Apocalypse sculpt from Wave 2, I prefer the Wave 2 Magneto sculpt. So I get Morph, some new cards, Dark Beast and Xman. Not terrible. Civil War for me is actually lower, after Henry Pym Yellowjacket I really don't need this box. Wonder man is nice, Tygra is a huge character for my sister but then it's kinda meh. The MV core box is very low end for me. Only the Loki cards and Female Thor cards which I'll use for Male Thor this is a big right-off. There's not really a lot bad to say about War of Kings, you get a ton of characters, some cosmic guys, some badass Inhumans it might be the best box there. I can't say anything more about the Galactus box, you said it all. Maximum Carnage solid, solid, only 1 playable hero falls far for me. Stretch goal box is just too much in one box, Finga Fang Foom, yes please. :P #10: Secret Invasion (OG Nick Fury) #9 Multiverse Core Box (Loki Cards, Thor cards) #8 Civil War (Yellowjacket, Tigra and Wonderman) #7 Age of Apocalypse (Morph, Magneto cards, Xman, Nemesis sculpt) #6 Maximum Carnage (more variations for Sinister 6 and Morbius, I may not like Spider-man but the villains are great!) #5 World War Hulk (Hercules, Doc Samson, New Hulk, cool anti-hero characters) #4 Annihilation (Best Hero box in the set, I'll field them all, Annihilus top 5 villain in the set) #3 War of Kings (Pretty much a perfect box, some low level inhumans but everyone's there and the key Shiar members too) #2 Coming of Galactus (The big G, Terrax, several villain modes, Nova hero cards) #1 Stretch goal box (Volume more than anything here and the ability for me to play characters I normally wouldn't through the imagination of development team. This is where I start playing characters more often that I like there mechanics from. And I try out everyone for that reason.) My perspective is Cosmic Marvel which is 90% of my comic purchases so when I get a lot of street level heroes I will usually rate them much lower. Thanks for the video, appreciated and keep up the good work. It's ironic about your X-force box because I thought the same but I fell in love with playing Shatterstar, I think he's one of my top 10 heroes to play. Really powerful but with a tradeoff.
  • I didn't buy the all in bundle. I just did World war hulk, maximum carnage, and war of kings. But world war hulk is defiantly my most anticipated. I love the planet hulk storyline
  • As a huge huge Age of Apocalypse fan I also didn’t get the push for AoA versions of existing characters. We’re missing several major unique characters from that world which was why that’s my first homebrew project. I probably will expand it with a few more folks from that world that we don’t have yet, but they’re definitely more minor characters but were still really fun. The only alternative version I really want that I don’t count as having is solitary Sabretooth. He only had Wild Childe connected to him for, I believe 2 books. And after that he went on to be important in Exiles. All without wild childe, so yeah I’d like a “just Sabretooth” Hero. Still have hope for that in an Exiles box in the future.
  • @mana_fiend
As somebody backing with the stretch goals from seasons 1 and 2 alongside 3, my poor postie is gonna put their back out delivering it.
  • @epepo
I know this video is like 10 months old now, IDK. I backed on a budget because of marvel zombies, and had to reduce stuff because getting more than 2 expansions (galactus aside) bumped shipping from 87 usd to 237 usd. I got Galactus pledge, maximum carnage and civil war because of the game mode. I wanted sinister 6 OG but couldn't (reasons above) so I thought I'd get it on the game steward. Then life happened and its sold out there. BUT! I'm just gonna print out the weakness from TTS and use the marvel zombies minis for the sinister six assembled. I'm also quite exited because there's a bunch of other teams to fight: wrecking crew, cabal, winter guard plus crimson dinamo (for a small campaign) and dark avengers. All in all, I'm quite happy.
  • @Enetx
I mostly agree with your ranking, I pledged for Herald pledge plus maximum carnage and war of kings, plus both team decks and campaign decks. Still, I am thinking about go all-in, because this is the first time I could participate in a marvel united campaign but I have almost all the content from the previous 2 campaigns due to second-hand market. I do not know if I am going to want to buy the other boxes in the future and second-hand market is quite expensive 😅
  • Have to respectfully disagree with your ranking, I am most excited for the Hulk expansion.
  • @jfducusin7186
I really hope Annihilation box is good, it has the least content
  • Love this video. Thanx for making it❤ want that stretch goal box! And maximum carnage is also high because of all the extra cards to make my own sinister six🤣👌 the only difference: i looove Hercules and Ares. Makes that box go up in the ranking here.. dont care about the core box (ironhearth🫣) so that goes a lot lower
