ALL i did was change 1 mod from other vid. Heres the weapon vs Lvl 200.

    I do agree with the statement. Primed mods are not required for enemies level like 300 or lower. However on weapons that are not the Felarx or on enemies that aren't low steel path it is kinda required to have primed mods.
