I like how Channing explained that his team told him that the main thing which was PAPERWORK didn't add up. He ain't mad or personally tearing B,Marsh up. He sounds like a lesson was learned.

This is the 1st time that him or Fred spoke in a positive light

They didn’t want the risk at the start Brandon took the risk and then everyone wanted to re hash everything once it took off 😪

Nothing is new under the sun...this lesson - make sure you have paperwork on your business - has been around since day 1; folks need to remember and adhere to it!!

The issue is that Fred didnt come with the money when it was high risk. He then tried to put money in after the risk was lower and the value was higher. He tried to put in cash on the lower valuation. Most workers will never understand the boss side of things. While Fred is SUPPOSEDLY waiting on financial he is doing zero behind the scenes administrative stuff while Brandon is doing all the boss sh. Hey below average people. Things change as a business grows. It's that simple. Fred could've put the administrative and money in contingent on a certain valuation. Then put in more or less when they finally got the financials and projections.

Crowder is definitely the most entertaining, Taylor is definitely that dude and RC is probably the most well rounded overall. A great team no doubt. Don't miss Brandon Marshall at all.

In any business setting your employees and partners get paid before you recoup your full investment.

So they didn’t wanna be a part of the initial start up but once it took off they wanted to help pay back the investments and then dictate which lane to go in. I think if you’re given an opportunity to be coowner/partner and you opt to be a worker instead,then you put yourself on that side of the business. Just my opinions
