If someone who’s is pregnant and reading this, please do breath trough your contractions!!! It’s really IMPORTANT to do so. You can moan or whatever but you have to breath correctly- it helps SO SO MUCH. Otherwise you let your pain control your body and mind. Breathing helps to stay focused on it, but not on the pain.

Out of all the baby delivery’s I watch I loved this one the most b/c I pretty much saw you grow up and flourish to who you are now. To me this was the most genuine video, I felt every emotion through this screen. Congrats Naz and Mel!
