Just a bit of trivia it says December 8th because that’s what the Japanese considered the date to be in terms of the time attack at least on the Japanese mainland due to the international date line. Though the local time would be December 7th still.

As for the carriers being at pearl I think they were going for a full "What if" scenario where the carriers weren't out on patrol

The reason it says December 8th is because at the time of the attack it was about 04:00 on the 8th of December in Tokyo. Matter of fact the Japanese code for "Commence attack" was "Niitaka yama nobore 1208"

While it sometimes crashes randomly, that has been the case with the base game for me before. Other than that, this is still the best naval game I have ever played. And with this mod it's just gotten way better. A beautiful game and an even more beautiful mod.

Looks like the mod massively changed the missions and units in there. The "original" is more accurate when it comes to the ships actually present in the missions. Enterprise was not there in the original and the mission itself was way shorter with other objectives. That said: with all these new ships and models this mod looks really awesome for the skirmish-mode.

I just have a tip for you, you have to group up your ships more as formations even if they are two but Place them near to each other and command your ships more (micromangement) The other thing is the engine is old there is nothing like a citadel ;)

I love to spam the submarines that have the planes with an army of Fuso’s lol also I like the paratrooper planes but there is also a game mode where you play as a kamikaze plane and it’s who dose the most damage wins lol. Also I have a battle stations poster that shows all the units in the game. I love to see this game getting some love as it’s one that I like lol.

I haven't played this game for years, it's prequel BS Midway is good to. BTW SeaLord it'd play so much easier with an Xbox controller :) And yes more vids on this please :)

I used to play this and midway. Multiplayer was the best part on these games and i loved the campaign on midway. The only thing that pissed me off and still does is Windows live but i bet im not the onlybone.. This game series deserves a revival.
