One of the best properties you have shown,if I was buying, would buy both and add a connecting door to both properties.

Size, floors, spa, whatever - that is not the front of a £30m house, especially in London. The fit and finish is on par with a £2-3m house max and the master bedroom looks out to a wall?. Good luck selling this for 30 mil, I reckon it will go to auction.
