So much wisdom from Ali. He’s spot on with leaving in your depth vs. editing it out Liz. Show us all of the layers of who you are. Keeping it real as you are here is so attractive! You’re gorgeous, brilliant, emotionally tuned in and so darn likable!! I can see why Ali is frustrated and a bit intimidated. He SEES your full depth and potential. He knows you’ll surpass him and legitimately feels it but you don’t seem to believe him. He respects and admires you but also sees that you’re censoring out some of the best aspects of who you are. I’d listen and I’d honestly be flattered. No idea what’s happening behind the scenes but that’s what I detect.

Ok, but I swear for the first bit of the video, it felt so emotional. Especially with the song in the background. Kinda like the two main characters were about to break up. Or they broke up and they finally met up after a long time to discuss why they broke up in the first place

So here's what I see in this vid. Someone who has moved on and is completely honest with the highs and lows of the work she did. With someone who still struggles with the business setup, misses the other person, has conflicted views on the current scenario but he knows he made the right call at that time.
