Sabrina was phenomenal in the 3 pt contest last year and in her contest with Steph at the male nba all star game. She doesn't have anything to prove by participating this year. The corn fans need to be upset with their fave and no one else if she isn't participating.

Don't want CC to lose. She been playing nonstop since college. I don't think she'd win. Still it would have been more exciting. Oh well. Let's keep it moving.😂

Love your show Quita but saying the WNBA is dropping the ball is not true and inaccurate. The players get to choose to participate or not and both players declined.

Some of you people in the comments must have never watched All Star Events before. Most real fans know that it’s the players choice to compete in these events. If they don’t want to, fine, we’ll be disappointed but stop whining online about the W “dropping the ball” about a damn All Star event. It’s getting frustratingly annoying.

The 3 point contest and skill competition sounds like a snooze fest. Not worth tuning in, no wonder it’s not being marketed.

My brother said he gets it completely. Clark passed on the three point contest, but who knows that she would have passed if there were a "logo three point contest" instead of the regular three point contest, lol!

People are insane. It’s obvious Clark hasn’t been shooting well from 3 and didn’t want to participate and lose. They asked Sabrina and she said she didn’t know cause her shots were looking consistent. That’s on them not the WNBA.

Why are non-All Stars playing in the All Star contests? Does this happen every year?

The all star game is the main event. Everything else is less important and optional for the players. CC is tired, it’s been quite a season so far for the young rookie.

Not going to lie, I was looking forward to Sabrina defending her record. I was hoping to see Clark and Kelsey Plum. I do follow the women shooting in the contest and they should not be dismissed. If Clark turned it down, good for her. Some people have to learn how to say "no". She's been playing since last November, and with Rhyne Howard returning from injury, Dallas getting injured players back. The Fever are not a shoe in to the playoffs. That 7th and 8th slot is going to be a battle.

The simple fact you have to explain who these players are is the reason why those two not participating is bad business no one wants to cut the TV on that night to see those players shoot in the Three-Point Contest. The Casual fan yes but they're not trying to get the Casual fans attention you want to grow the league everyone wanted to see the two logo shooters. And for them to opt out when everyone wanted to see it including NBA players wanted to see it is simply a big let down and where is the competitive spirit🤔
