Why are you guys afraid of more central strikers? We once had bergkamp, Henry, kanu, wiltord in the same squad. Another time we had Eduardo, adebayo, persie and all of a sudden some Arsenal fans don't want another striker to compete with Harvetz

Toney is a good player but I believe Havertz actually fits Arsenal’s style of play under Arteta much more than a player like Toney with his profile. People are very quickly forgetting Havertz finished last season with 9 goals and 6 assists for Arsenal in his final 14 matches once he was permanently moved to the 9 position. As much as people like to mock Havertz, I’d take him over Toney in the Arsenal side.

12 games without a goal, hasn't been in good form for about 15 months, off-field troubles that may or may not resurface and is available on a free transfer in about 10 months' time. Clubs have paid some crazy prices for players in recent years but surely nobody is going to pay the £50 Million Brentford want for him!

Toney is a misfit in the environment currently at Arsenal. If anyone has listened keenly to Arteta on interviews, he reiterates on what players are in terms personalities. And it makes all the more sense why Aubameyang had to be moved on, leaving them with no legible CF.
