The hip circles felt SO GOOD! Who would’ve known such a simple thing could feel so good? I’m incorporating this into my daily stretching ❤️
  • Day 4. I feel great. I have tried several different beginner yoga programs. This is the first one that actually works you up slowly. And walks you through step by step in ways you understand. I'm really living this. Thank you!
  • Just what I needed to start the day, loved the hip circles! The only problem is I find myself wanting to do more xx
  • @jpgallagher15
Thread the needle. The only bit of sewing I've done this year ☺️ Really enjoyable again.
  • @kimhaleuk
This is just what I need at the moment, whilst recovering from being in hospital. Also, it's always good to go back to basics once in a while to maintain correct form and techniques. Thank you, Sarah please keep doing these challenges!x

These have really been helping with my stress. First day back to work after 3 months of maternity leave and this calms my nerves.
  • @kellysmith705
Wow! 10mins just doesn’t seem long enough now. Always left wanting more 😃 Threading the needle was interesting as I didn’t know I was quite that flexible! See you all tomorrow for Day 5 of #BeginnerYogaChallenge
  • @sfhotchkiss90
Thanks for these beginner videos! I find they are a great way to start the day before work during the dark mornings in the UK.
  • Love the uniting of breath to movements; I enjoyed this full body stretch session!!! Feeling stronger and more focused as each day passes. Thank you.
  • @jackyswift42
Thank you so much. This is just what I need. On day 4. I'm not a morning person but this makes me get out of bed. I feel accomplished in such a short time and it's a great feeling first thing in the morning.
  • Day 4: thanks for thorough instructions. This was what I needed for my back pain today!
  • Those hip circles... my back was cracking up a storm. Beautiful as always :)
  • I lost my yoga routine when I moved and it is great to ease back into it with these beginner routines
  • @harryy4722
Anxiety can lead you to having an unclear mind 🥺but doing yoga with you made my sweaty palms calm down ❤❤namaste
  • @MissPreddiBear
I love how you slow down all the moves I just previously did on auto-pilot, without understanding how each micro-movement affected my breath and nervous system. This is such a great way to relearn how to unite my mind and body with yoga. You're amazing, Sarah Beth!

I have just recovered from Covid and decided to try Yoga as a less intensive workout to help me get my body back on track. It is working really well and the way you present it makes it really easy to grow into it. So glad I stumbled onto your youtube channel and thank you for taking the time and making the effort to share yoga with everyone. Peace and blessings
