When You're About To Go Outside BUT... | Movie Recap

This movie, exactly like the movie #Alive, were inspired by the manhwa/webtoon Dead days. However, Dead days takes a completely different and certainly more interesting turn. Recommend it to anyone who wants an interesting one-day read. Totally worth it!

For those who wants to know what happened after the film ended when the two promised to get out of here alive. A helicopter arrived on the rooftop to save the two, with the cool scene of zombies tailing behind. The man tries to shoot a few zombies and the two narrowly gets on a helicopter. They later learn that rescuers actually locate people by tracking them using the power of social media as seen in the beginning of the movie, where the man vlogged himself just like what other people have done. Again that is probably not what actually happened because I haven't seen this movie, but every detail of the storyline matches so perfectly the movie "Alive", it is safe to assume the same happened here. Edit: I don’t even remember writing this.

For everyone, #Alive (Korean version) and Alone (American version) are made by the same person. But if i had to compare them, Alone is far beneath #Alive. just watching from movie recaps youtubers like this shows how bad already Alone is compared to #Alive, which is weird considering they are made by the same person. It could have been on a similar level or better than #Alive. Simply my opinion though.

i didn't even associate it with #Alive but when Adian was nearly fed to that guy's zombie wife, it reminded me of it. Then I realized that it was very similar. The main character does social media, they both have a love/person interest they discover after being alone. They even both set up ziplines. Makes me wonder, what if the movies were just from different perspectives, during the same apocalypse xd.

I found the Koran original more interesting, the girl felt more like an active character rather then this one

Gotta say just based on the recap, I'd have to agree with most people here. "#Alive", is definitely the better film. Which is odd considering it really is just copy, paste, add some white folks done.

It’s almost a shot for shot of #Alive. There’s just some minor differences. This male protagonist is much more athletic. The Korean version had the female protagonist as more of a bad ass. The zombies in this movie are more vicious. They seem more like World War Z zombies chucking themselves off ledges though they apparently have really good par-core skills. I don’t know if she was in there the whole time but their apartments are much more closer in this version. The fact that he can toss a baseball to her means at some point they should’ve seen each other. I wouldn’t say one is better than the other but the Korean one seemed more updated just because of the use social media and drones.

Also if a zombie apocalypse happened in real life the military could probably quarantine it unless it was airborne

For those of you saying this is a remake of #Alive, #Alive is actually based on this movie. The writer of this movie, helped adapt it for #Alive. For some reason #Alive came out first. He's just pimping his one story out world-wide.

Even though there’s some similarities with #Alive this film has some different ending. #Alive is more of a happy ending while alone was just abruptly ends. But with the power of love they can do it.

He's an Alpha werewolf, so why didn't he use his abilities to get him out of that situation?
