  • State trooper who in encounter the shooter failed to do his duty after he was notified by civilians that a shooter was on the roof, he failed to call for backup nor eliminate the threat
  • @RemingtonArmy-
Now retired, I was a California cop for 39 years; I began my career in 1980. I have been on countless tactical operations over the decades and not once did an 'Ops Briefing' fail to address what was expected of officers assigned to fixed posts. As you might surmise, those officers were always expected to remain at their posts unless the situation turned extremely dire and their presence was immediately required elsewhere. For those of you without a law enforcement background, evaluate the evidence that is being presented from a common sense standpoint and be skeptical of what you are being fed. Be VERY skeptical. If the information tastes bad, it IS bad.
  • Why wouldn't at least one stay? This is a total failure from PA police and SS.
  • @A-Nonnie-Mouse
This is like a horror movie when everyone decides to split up and go searching for whatever dumba$$ reason the writers come up with and we all think 'NO ONE WOULD EVER DO THAT.' My heartfelt apologies to horror writers.
  • @lylesmith7752
HUH. They are concerned enough to LEAVE a post to search for a person, but not enough to hold up the Rally. Really???????
  • @elissitdesign
There’s no need to search there was 20 people on the ground pointing at him saying he’s right there! This whole thing stinks to high heaven.
  • @53542170
Wow an actual official that can answer questions not transforming to Stonehenge
  • @A-Nonnie-Mouse
It's hard to believe they didn't keep at least one person at that window. Weren't there multiple local $niper$ in that room?
  • @MRTOMBO
It gets more smelly. All those Officers abandoning strategic watch points to "go search for" some suspicious dude, and you've got a field full of civilian spectators yelling theres someone on the roof with a rifle, pointing up at him and taking video of him. Just Wow. I've always supported the Police, but I don't get it. All those cops searching, not finding the guy on the roof, while a whole bunch of people are yelling "THERE HE IS!" while pointing at him.
  • @Tier1Norseman
The window was open because there were ESU officers in there just watching the shooter. Probably betting if he would hit or miss...
  • ESU Officers were NOT supposed to leave their position at all and instead Radio the suspects Description to other officers. These ESU Officers need to be Investigated IMMEDIATELY‼
  • They left the window to search for the guy they could easily see from the window. Got it.
  • @f.w.1318
SS and State Troopers is like a movie of dumb and dumber, our HOA guy has more intel on our neighborhood than these two agencies on that day.
  • I want to know where the 10 member team that trained at the same gun range as Crooks and DHS were in this whole scheme.
  • Why are the Congressmen questioning these higher ups' instead of the men on the spot? This "Top Police Official" was not there and is able to avoid answering the Congressman's question by saying that he does not know this that and the other.
  • @kingpharaoh84
Woooow...They should kept one person at that 2nd floor room by the window while the other look for him. That is crazy!!!
  • @conodigrom
So there was a SWAT or sniper team in that building, looking out, and nobody saw the men incoming and the footsteps on the roof?
