台湾の豆花美味しそう〜！ 私も昨日、おやつに豆花作りました。 豆乳とゼラチンで簡単に作ったものに、小豆、黒糖シロップ、カシューナッツ、きな粉、餅を入れて食べましたが おいしかったです！！！ 手軽に作れて、牛乳アレルギーでも食べられるのがいいですね！！

In Indonesia, we call it "tahwa" or "kembang tahu" (flower tofu). When I was a child there were usually sellers who walk through neighborhoods carrying two big pots, one for the tofu and one for the syrup, and they would shout "kembang tahuuuuu". The ginger in the syrup is so strong that it would make me cry.

In Malaysia we call it as tofu fa ,but I really love it when the seller put alot of palm sugar syrup and I usually keep it refrigerated before eat🤤🤤😂😂

Many people from Southeast Asia would feel familiar to this dish and even name this food similarly. Actually back in the time there was many Hokkien Chinese people who immigrated to Southeast Asia like Malaysia Singapore Philippines even Indonesia and also brought their food culture. Today in Taiwan over 70% of populations are Hokkien descent. Hokkien language is still widely spoken there. Basically those famous local Chinese food Hokkien ) in ASEAN could be easily found in Taiwan. Like Lumpia and Bihon
