Unpack/unrar the downloaded files and copy the bff files in the "\Electronic Arts\SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED\Pakfiles\Vehicles" folder.
You can reduce/adjust HP with Ingame Engine/TurboUpgrades, but let the ValvetrainUpgrade on Stage 3 for proper Rev.limitersound.

    you know you can upgrade every car ingame. so you can adjust HP. this 1300+ HP is with max. upgrade.

    its not a bug. its a real mod. i unpack some bff files and change some values and then i repack it.
