  • I'm suffering with this since 17 yrs. It affected all my joints, too painful. Meditation & mild exercises with proper diet has helped me. Positive attitude towards life is the only solution. 💯

This nucleus channel is one of the best channel in YouTube. They explain everything in elaborate manner that easy to understand by everyone.

I've had RA for around 27 years and taking Methotrexate for it. This 5 minute video has shown me more than most rheumatologists have told me over the past 3 decades... Thanks!
  • The medical field really does fascinate me. I’m an EMT so I’ve learned the basics of health care, but videos like these are so awesome just bc they broaden my knowledge even if it’s only by a little bit.

I was also diagnosed with RA on my initial stage.. my doctor suggested me mild exercises along with medication. I practiced yoga from a yoga teacher for 2 years. Believe me I attained remission and still practicing yoga. My doctor after checking my reports stopped my medication. Now am blessed with a baby boy after the remission. I almost suffered for 4 years starting at the age of 25. Hope this comment gives people hope and faith who suffer from RA that they can attain remission too.. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE..

God bless you all and I now you can do this ☀️

I was diagnosed with arthritis today. I’ve been having pains in my joints for a little over a month now, but today was the worst. When I got out of my bed I felt nauseous because the pain was so bad and I actually threw up. I also had a fever. My whole body was hurting so bad and I begged my mom to take me to the hospital and that’s when they diagnosed me. Hopefully this pain will become better in the next year 🤞🏾
  • Really appreciate the amount of work you guys are putting in! I've never come across any channel explaining concepts they way you guys are doing it! God bless! ❤️
  • Crystal clear explanation. The phasing and tone of the speaker is perfect. The animation too. Thanks for this video.

I been living with this for years, the struggle is real. but i changed way of eating and I am able to exercise daily. there are days that i still get that stiffness and i have to modify my workouts. it has been better than before. No more ER visits, clinic visits. steroids (yuk) they would make me so nauseous, bloated and i would gain weight. Its been 1 year this April that i changed my health lifestyle and it was a great decisions. I wish many could get relief like i have found. i hope and pray that this will help others
