  • Of all the couples, Jeremy and Jinger are the easiest to listen to. Very intelligent, eloquent and down to earth.
  • @LS-wy8pk
“If the only thing that makes me a good person is rules and a chaperone then I am not a good dude” finally!!! That is the best way to put it
  • I’m not religious at all but I respect the HELL out of him for helping ginger find her way to where she is now with love and education and grace and not by force.
  • @abbieowen565
Jinger said something along the lines of "Honouring my parents is about respecting them but not obeying everything they say " and I think that is so powerful. I really struggle with boundaries and I think reminding myself of this is going to massively help!

I feel like I could listen to Jeremy speak all day. Not in a weird way, but in a way that he does an amazing job breaking down the books and verses in the Bible. It’s beautiful to see that Jeremy and Jinger’s relationship was for sure divine intervention! God is so good!!
  • @rebeccajoy_25
Jeremy and Jinger exude so much wisdom. I’ve never seen someone maintain respect for her parents like this while also publicly decrying the false teaching they raised her in. Such a great episode!
  • @Mammaj1963
Jimbob is regretting the day he allowed Jeremy into the family 😊 I’m so happy for her, they are a great couple , free indeed !
  • @jodijohnson23
The way Jeremy says “I knew who this woman was at her core” that was so sweet. I love how he didn’t force her to change, but showed her so much love and just wanted her to see who God really is, that He isn’t a God of fear but of love and peace!
  • @LizS817
Jinger won the lottery with him. Very happy she married a spiritually and mentally mature man.
  • Isn't it strange, her parents were so fearful of outside influences to the extent that there was no worldly music, no team sports, no school, but they invited total strangers into their home and gave them access to their children's rooms?
  • @anamoraes902
24:38 this part of him explaining how God actually views us who have accepted Jesus made me cry! What a simple and beautiful way to put it. That’s grace!
  • Thank you Jinger and Jeremy for feeling safe enough to open up on our show!
  • IBLP survivor here. Thank you for this interview. Puzzle pieces are coming together of “Where did I get this from?” This is so healing for me. Thank you for this interview, to all of you.
  • @Elizabeth-490
Jinger is the most healthy and mature of the siblings I have seen. She and Jeremy have their hearts and heads in the right place, motivated by love for God and others, not spite, not wealth, just love.
  • @tiffythorpe
This couple needs their own YouTube channel teaching healthy, Godly dating/relationships. The world needs more of this content ❤
  • @amymcdonald3761
God brought Jeremy to you for a reason. Theology based on fear is so scary. God is so good, stay in HIS word. You broke free!❤
  • @LisaR2392
This is THE BEST interview that i have heard to date with Jinger and Jeremy!! All of the others seem so guarded and scripted. I feel like Jeremy spoke like a normal person and not professional preacher talk. Jinger seemed so much more relaxed and free to speak her mind as well. But everything was done so respectfully as well! Loved it!!
  • Jinger is the embodiment of “Honor thy father and thy mother”. The respect she shows her parents while staying true to her experience is unreal. My jaw dropped when she said, “Well I can’t speak for my parents” and continued to drop as she kept pulling away from them talking about their parents and instead referring to “the system”.
  • Jeremy, you did such a good job presenting the Gospel in this show. Jinger, thank you for speaking so graciously about your family and for continually pointing back to the truth of Christ and how He has shown you the truth of his character. ❤
