Noem said in her book that the puppy was worthless and she hated it. The so-called ornery goat she killed after she killed the puppy she referred to as mean and stinking. The woman was on a killing spree, pure and simple, and sounds completely nuts.

there is no such thing as an untrainable dog. there are lazy, irresponsible owners. period. if you can't train it, hire someone. if you can't hire someone give it away. the way she described ending this dogs life.... disgusting. it was an untrained dog but an untrainable human.
