    I’m overweight and out of shape and somehow I just finished this whole workout. I love that you are not trying to prove something and just being yourselves. Even you got out of breath and took little breaks. This made me feel that I actually fit in and could do it.
  • I DID IT! I FINISHED THE WHOLE THING! Was I completely uncoordinated? Yes. Did I make up my own moves when a move was a bit too complicated to get the hang of immediately? Yes. DOES THAT MEAN I DIDNT DO IT?! HELL NO! I’m so damn proud of myself I’ve never been able to finish a 30 minute workout without at least 5 10 minute breaks but the encouragement, energy, and fun commentary kept me going and I only needed like 3 breaks and each where like 5 minutes long. Thank you so much for doing what you do! <3

    I will now start doing this every night!! I love how body positive I feel after this! I want to feel this positive every day !! I'm fourteen, and almost 200 pounds, and after starting this last week, I've lost 2 pounds, and that's a good thing to me. I praise y'all!!!!!

  • I've always been embarrassed by workout videos, I'm very shy and even being in the room by myself doing dances is usually very hard for me. I can't believe how much I had fun dancing smiling and laughing while doing this workout. This has been such a game-changer thank you so much fitness Marshall for posting your content and just being you and your backup dancers make you so much. I can't wait to dance out to the next episode

    I’m a teenager and I’m getting out of shape really quickly because of loss of motivation from school but I did about half of it without getting too overly tired and this really helped!

    Warning, there are some side effects that aren´t mentioned anywhere - I did this routine for the last three days and I turned SASSY! Everytime I see a reflective surfice I wiggle and shake a bit and I can´t get those songs and moves out of my head. Thanks guys! 😅

    I know I'm late to the party but I want to show appreciation. I can't dance at all, but looking for something fun to try and get a work out while recovering from a very heavy episode of depression, I found this. I confess I laughed more than what I was able to catch the steps, but I haven't laughed this much in a loooooooooooong time and I'm so greatful for it. Made me feel happy and like I was among friends here. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your good vibes.

    i dance to these at 3 in the morning. Probably been said alot but I love the bigger girl in this because she represents alot of us and its is very motivating to see her do all these moves

    I was having a hard time trying to get out of a panic attack, decided to move to release nervous energy, clicked on this, danced, and it put a smile on my face and took all my anxiety away! :D

    I lost 50 lbs last year but slowly lost enthusiasm. I subscribed recently b/c I saw a funny clip but this is the first video I've watched. Can happily say even though I wanted to stop somewhere after Niki, I finished the whole thing and have a renewed excitement to get healthy again! Thank you so much!

    I DID IT!! Did I do all the moves? no. Did I take water breaks and general breathing breaks? absolutely. my dyspraxia made my leg coordination horrendous so I was left swaying hips a lot of the complex or turning moves but I DID IT!! Not only did this show that I am capable of doing workouts, but the frequent small complaints from you were a godsend to make the same reactions I was feeling (ouch that side cramp) feel normal and not something to be ashamed over. This sweat session has also proved to my depressed mind that I am worthy of showering. I honestly can't begin to describe how wonderful all three of you are and this entire team. Thank you all so much <3

    normally i get tired after like 3 minutes of working out but surprisingly with this i only got tired at like 32 minutes and i was putting in ALL of my effort nor took any breaks [first time watching this, already got the dances mostly down. I'm a fast learner :)] AND I'M SO HAPPY, THIS IS THE VIDEO WITH THE TOAD VOICE 😭

    I grew up as a dancer and danced through college. Over the last 6 years since leaving college, I've gained a lot of weight because I haven't been exercising like I did then. At 36:30 you asked us to think of one positive thing about ourselves and as I was trying to think of something I heard what you were saying at 36:37. I got so emotional because, to be honest, that is what I was most proud right then. It was very cathartic. I was able to prove to myself that I CAN show up and I CAN do it like I did years ago. Thank you for helping me see that in myself and also thank you for your adlib and jokes because they helped me push through all of the times I felt like stopping. Hoping to use your videos as a positive daily workout from here on out. Good luck to my future self and thanks to you three! Feeling very empowered today! 💪
