Humbled. 8 yr vs 11-12 Year Old -I challenged myself against older kids

1-3 in these 4 matches. This was not about winning. This was about challenging myself against older, better kids. You either win, or you learn, I got more from these matches than winning most of my other matches for the year. First match against the state champ in the 10/11 year old division. I was beating the 11 and 12 year olds but mentally could not hang with them yet. I finished with a win against an 11 year old to earn a bronze.
The mental aspect of this is just as important as the physical.
