So much to love about Switzerland! But the cheese is definitely right up there. And it's not just Raclette. There's also Gruyère, Appenzeller, Emmentaler, Vacherin Fribourgeois,... I can go on and on!!

This kind of cheese , Raclette cheese, is a must eat in Swizerland. I didn't get used to its sense at first but when I put them in my mouth it smell really special, nice and creamy. Especially when they complement with baked pear and a glass of red wine. Yummy~

I am Swiss from the Valais where raclette comes from. The perfect raclette is melted cheese with crispy brown skin. The cheese should NEVER be burned!!
