Theory: As seen in one of the episodes (I think at the end of 13 types of students back to school), Mr Alan & Mrs Regna has a boss, an even higher power than them. In the 17 types of students in a presentation, Tasha, had a presentation abt the organisation. She then says, “There’s so many unanswered questions! Who’s is Leanne Loe!?” I think that they are the highest power of the organisation. Tasha also says the school was founded by Mr and Mrs Tan, Tan is Jianhao’s last name, and leads me to think that Jianhao’s grandparents/ parent/ great grandparents idk, are forcing the organisation to look after Jianhao, since hes apart of their family. In the episode- Types of students back to school, at the end where Nicole leaved to New York, she gives Jianhao a yin yang bracelet. The bracelet seems to be the same as Mr Alan’s. Then she says, “You play a much bigger role than you realise.” This means that Jianhao does play a pretty big role, maybe he will even take over the school one day. Putting this altogether, I think The Organisation is related to Jianhao’s family, or even Walater’s family. Even better reasoning for why I think this- the yin yang bracelet, maybe it’s a bracelet that connects the whole family. In the types of parents in a parent- teacher conference, Mr Alan has to “supervise” Jianhao. I think Mr Alan was forced to look after Jianhao as they didn’t want a part of their family to fail. Diana and Ren Yi Xiang are the typical siblings. Treats each other like they hate the other person on a daily basis but when the other one needs help they got each other's backs. Love it!!!!
