The plaintiff and defendant were in a relationship, and the plaintiff says he raised the defendant’s newborn child as his own. They had a child together but couldn’t stop arguing. He’s suing for overpayment of child support. The defendant argues the plaintiff was verbally abusive, called her a bad mom, and stole their daughter’s money. She denies owing anything.

    I heard someone close to me bragging that he over paid child support and the woman had to repay but I know for a fact the kids were in poverty. I just told him don’t ever brag about that again. It’s pathetic.
